The hull of the SUNBEAM 24.2 is not built to a formula, but specially designed for optimal speed.

This approach gives the yacht stable course holding qualities and extreme maneuverability. The main features of the Sunbeam are a young design, a modern rig as well as easy handling qualities. A further feature of the Sunbeam 24.2 is the sharp steven, which cuts finely through the water on the tack.

The yacht sails dry and is very stable due to hard chines and the generous beam of 2.5 meters. These features, combined with a ballast ratio of 30%, guarantee an optimal combination of weight and form stability. Great importance has been placed on a serious, classically and elegant finish.

The interior is fitted out using AW 100 marine plywood with a carefully selected "African Teak" finish. This tropic proof material, is optimally suited for boat building. All interior furnishing is fabricated in our own workshop by qualified craftsmen trained in the quality conscientious, Austrian tradition.

The interior design is notable for its optimised ergonomics and with 2 meter long berths in the forecastle and headroom of 1.55m; it offers extreme comfort for a yacht of this size.
